and you can also tie this topic into depression many heavier people are depressed. why well people call them fat or giant. and what is one of the thing the they do is eat again because they don't know better and their condition continues to worsen because its not being controlled.

This is very true, because many of the people who are obese know that they are overweight and need to change their lifestyle, however they are simply unable to gather the willpower to do so. This is why early prevention in childhood is so vital! It is much easier to stay healthy, then become a healthier person after living an overweight lifestyle for years. As you have said, there is such a stigma surrounding overweight individuals that problems like depression are very prevalent in their lives.

haha i just watched a show on obesity and they were describing how, The way to eat will influence the way you are going to live. The more you eat and the less you move around, the more weight you are going to put on. Although there are plenty of active obese people, excess weight also infringes on a person’s mobility and cause undo stress on the ankles and knees or even the lower back. Obesity is a big problem in the states as in Canada and the way around it is not to overeat. look another concern from being obese you are slowing putting more pressure on your legs and your back that soon they might give out as well, and then your totally screwed cuz you wont have any mobility at all.
